THE CLASSIC WRITER’S EPISTOLARY VOICE – WITH THE RHYTHM OF ITS TIME

Absract. The article suggests an attempt to comment the book “Letters by Ivan Vazov” through three conceptual lines which are revealed in the personalistic approach of the compiler Prof. Nikolay Chernokozhev: the social and cultural atmosphere, the issues of works of art, personal experience. Thus, through the role and meaning of the letter as a genre, the poet’s social roles and inner world are analyzed.
