Abstract. The article focuses on digital competencies, digital literacy and digital skills that are developed in the process of studying Technology and Entrepreneurship in 8th grade. An overview of the generally accepted notions about the concept of digital competence, the points of contact and the differences between the term and the related concepts – digital skills and digital literacy, is made. The studying is oriented towards increasing the volume of independent work. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises based on interactive methods, students develop their personal qualities and interests.
