The Z-and-Alpha Generations and the Multitasking in the Education Area
Abstract. This article attempts to describe the features of the 'Z' and 'Alpha' generations, whose natural habitat is currently the school institution. One of the common characteristics of the two generations is multitasking. The peculiarities of multitasking as a phenomenon and its projections in the field of education are reviewed. Researchers’ different viewpoints are presented about this phenomenon as their opinions are diverse and even polarized. They vary widely from heavy multitasking to its total rejection. The issue of multitasking is topical and in the future it will spark particular research interest in the context of online instruction which is becoming increasingly intensive (especially after the COVID-19 pandemic), and the widespread introduction of edtech in the sphere of education.

Identifying the Training Needs and Continuing Professional Development for Teachers in Entrepreneurship Education
Abstract. The article presents data from an empirical study among teachers in the Bulgarian educational context. The opinion of teachers who teach the school subject in Entrepreneurship (theory) at the 8th grade, which is included in the general professional training at vocational high schools, was studied. The focus is on two research questions: what is the level of training of teachers in entrepreneurship education and what are their needs for continuing education in order to improve their professional competence as teachers. The obtained research results show that the surveyed teachers have a high self-esteem for their professional training in entrepreneurship education. The most current need for professional development is on topics from the curriculum related to the creation and evaluation of business ideas and skills for self-assessment, time management and decision making.

Psychological-Pedagogical Research on Individualization and Differentiation in Kindergarten
Abstract. This article presents a psychological-pedagogical research aiming to prove the significant role of individualization and differentiation of the pedagogical interaction in kindergartens, as well as to give arguments about the necessity of applying variable-dynamic educational technologies focused on expanding the potential for educational progress of each child. This reseacrh places at its core the child and his/her diverse mental, physical, and behavioral specifics, experiences, needs, interests, qualities, knowledge, skills, attitudes, achievements, abilities, talents, difficulties, etc. while focusing on ensuring the child’s emotional well-being and stimulating meaningful and naturally-desirable activity based on the valuable, positive and constructive teacher-child relationship.

Implementation of One-to-One Program in Bulgarian Schools
Abstract. The current article is about the implementation of the one-to-one program (1:1 program) in Bulgarian education system. An overview of the nature and development of the program is made. An approach is described for its implementation in a particular Bulgarian school. It is shown that the use of such programs in training is another logical step in the development of Bulgarian education.

For Active Participation and Complete Communication in the Inclusive Classroom
Abstract. The concept of inclusive education requires in the educational environment all students not only to be present but also to actively participate, make efforts and succeed. The classroom is considered not only as a place for learning but also for getting to know each other, quality communication, group meetings, social life. The use of new approaches towards training, the implementation of variational educational forms and methods is necessary. In the presented research the possibilities of various interactive technologies for the quality realization of the training, for the promotion of active cooperation, diligent learning, and participation of all students in the classroom are outlined. The requirements that must be met when applying these technologies are specified. Modern healthcare technologies and art activities are considered, which are useful for attracting the attention and interest of the student, for activating all his/her senses, imagination and body. Their importance for stimulating communication, for showing the flexibility, both of the school system and the particular student is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the students with SEN, whose inclusion in the activities of the inclusive classroom has its own specific features.

Students’ Кnowledge Еvaluation as a Motivating tool in Learning Objectives
Abstract. The assessment of knowledge, skills and competencies aims in not only evaluating and comparing students’ learning objectives but also measuring another particularly important function – the motivation. The article examines assessment in the context of the competency model set out in the new law on pre-school and school education and its understanding by students and the level of motivation. Data from a study of motivational attitudes in students are presented in direct correlation with the methods and different ways of assessment, as well as with the analysis and the feedback from students. The analysis is based on surveys conducted with students from 11 to 19 years of age covering all types of schools in Bulgaria. Results are statistically reliable in clusters, variance and regression analysis.

Access to Quality Inclusive Education for Children Students with Special Educational Needs
Abstract. The article presents the access of children and students with special educational needs to schools and kindergartens, inclusive education with equal access and conditions for inclusion of all children and students in the learning process. Some of the emphasis in the article includes components that provide an accessible architectural and physical environment, accessibility of information and communication, access to curricula and course content, teaching aids and technologies. Results from research conducted with directors of schools and kindergartens in 5 municipalities: Stara Zagora, Pazardjik, Haskovo, Kurdjali, Smolian. One third of the participants report positive – that there such accessible environment in the schools and kindergartens is established and functioning.

Components of Emotional Intelligence and their Development through the Perception of Music
Abstract. This article presents a hierarchical structure of the emotional intelligence of 6 – 7 year old children, comprising three components – recognizing emotions in oneself and in others, empathy and smoothly interaction with others. From the conducted research, part of the dissertation, significant differences between the initial and final results in the experimental and control groups were found, analyzed and compared as a result of the applied technological model for work in music lessons in preschool. The results show that the applied music tasks, combined with appropriate music material, positively influence the level of the three components of children's emotional intelligence.
